As a long time investor I am holding also.
That said, I still Rabin should have had the decency to make the announcement directly at the cc and take questions rather than. the way he did it, which was in effect saying. "By the way, I forgot to mention this at the cc(which I felt was upbeat).
Imo that was either cowardly and/or showed poor judgment on his part.
