As I have mentioned many times on this board. I invested in ACTC in 2008. I like many others have been on a roller coaster ride from near Bankruptcy to unplanned euphoria and back. I agree that perhaps the reins need to be handed over to someone else with more of a pulse for what is required over the foreseeable future. But to vote no to the increase and reverse split would, in my opinion, be comitting suicide.

Gary may already have come to some equitable arrangement with the two outstanding litigants and some of the extra shares may be required to satisfy the completion there. Quite frankly I don't expect that the shareholders will have to wait too much longer now for things to start heating up. I am talking months rather than years.

I am really looking forward to up listing and as Gary said, that can only be from a position of strength. We are not there yet but we soon will be. There is expected to be volatility in the pps for a little while whilst things sort them selves out . I can see a number of positive announcements coming before this year ends that will have a positive effect on the pps. LAST WORD. I AM HOLDING
