I really dont understand your strategy, even if what your saying is true, the credibility of your argument is hurt because of a default judgement against you in court...using the excuse that someone couldnt make a court appearance so you lost is like me saying I didnt do my homework because the dog ate it, there are plenty of things you can do, once again here I go like a broken record, affidavits, video depositions, provide evidence, hire a lawyer and push the day out, etc..
This is not just about Jerry, this is a public company, a public forum, there are investors here that may lose money or have lost money ...Id be careful with what your doing here...If you have a problem take the man to court, dont put him on trial in a public forum...this is not a good strategy IMHO....
