Please be forewarned ... There may be oil, but drilling is never going to happen. I have watched this con man through many different companies with abundant promises and "forward-looking" statements. Not one has delivered.
I am doing my civic and moral duty to warn potential new investors of Jerry's history here and what he has done to get control of this shell. The Funding that he does not have that he has lead all investors to believe he has. Also, current investors need this info to make decisions going forward.
BTW, the judgment that was won by default was only for the $60k that was loaned to Comtax....nothing else was implied with that judgment.
He has several problems that he will have to deal, including the Affiliation of Comtax and the Restrictions that should be on all their stock.
