*There were no provisions in that contract for billing above and beyond the $15k a month
*Jerry knew he was getting paid each and every month as he saw what was in the account, and he issued his own pay check
*Jerry was brought on to prepare Global books for audit and take them public through a supplied vehicle
*RVLU was supplied as that Vehicle
*Jerry did not contribute even ONE DOLLAR to the acquisition of RVLU Control Block of stock
*Jerry worked an extra couple of months creating a bill, knowing the company was out of money, so he could launch his pre-meditated plan to take the control of the shell
*Jerry delivered NO Financials for Global Power even though he billed us $550k
*Jerry never contacted an auditor or retained one to put Global in a position to be audited
*Between 3 months with Global and 3 months with Xun Energy, Jerry/Comtax billed $937,000 and delivered NOTHING of VALUE to either company that could not have been reasonable delivered for about $15k as he did the books for Xun, even though he added his FRAUDULENT BILLING to them.
