The 3 billy New shares Need Voted on by BMSN Share-Holders (= US!),,, and IF we ok them,, (personally I think 1 Billy more is enough) ..then they would have to be OK'd by the SEC and FINRA and not be ready until Oct. at the Earliest,,, so they Won't effect this Run Up!!...
