The items do indeed reinforce each other and it's nice that such a clear picture is being revealed!

I have a small concern and thought. I believe that the additional 3 billion shares will be available for POSSIBLE dilution in about 3 weeks? Is this correct(Personally, I hope I've misread that)

Is it mere coincidence that there's a lot of positive talk around this being the last round and shares becoming available within a week or so of each other?

Dilution is not necessarily a bad thing and I'll give that credit where it's due, but 3 billion shares makes for a big elephant in the room.
