Just got off the phone with Comcast's retention department. Wasn't on hold very long at all. Almost instant. Tell them you're saying good-bye and they throw every offer they have available at you.

Like a filthy whore, I accepted. LOL. More service, less $$$ per month and an I'm sorry about yesterday credit. No contract. New rate good for 12 months and then call back for addition 12 months.
