You were able to talk to a rep at Verizon??? Oh wait......it was a sales rep! Trying to schedule a repair is probably one of the most frustrating things that I do at my job.

Funny thing is....we had a problem at home and my husband called an ex co-worker and when I came home from work that night there were FIVE Verizon trucks in front of my house to fix the problem.

I think I know what I need to do the next time we have a phone problem at work. Let my husband make the call!



I feel SO MUCH better this week!
