Looking to certify a class. Maybe they should first learn how mREITS work. That if you don't increase the number of shares, they can't buy any new securities.

Issuing more shares and growing AGNC when mortgages were at their most expensive level in decades didn't help stock-holders at all.

Why is having 5 billion in capital with 200 million shares and a 30 billion portfolio worse than having 10 billion in capital, 400 million shares and a 60 billion dollar portfolio?
