Gateway_Stocks, re Patents - As I recall, there were three "nuclear battery" patents. The rights were owned by the estate of the company founder and licensed back to NSOL. Last time I checked, two of the patents had expired for non-payment of fees. I believe NSOL has stated that they are trying to get them re-instated. The fees for the third patent have been paid so it is still in force.

I am not aware of any other issued patents owned or licensed by NSOL. I think all the waste transmutation patents were allowed to lapse.

I believe NSOL says they have applied for patents for removal of tritium from water and for detection of nuclear materials using gravity gradients. I do not believe any of those patent applications have been published, so it looks to me like they are a long way from being issued.
