Sure...

Mr. Brumfield was picked by shareholders, and that is a fact, that CANNOT be lied about. Period.

That's your story, and I do mean story! And why is it that if you are offended by what you read here you default to everyone is telling lies. You write here as if you are at CDEX on a daily basis, and have been there for years.

Mr. Brumfield made no deals with Dr. Poteet and others concerning the arbitration. Dr. Poteet lead the arbitration bunch, and even paid at least one of their ways, because......... because at least claimed to have no money, but wanted to participate, so Dr. Poteet let him in, by paying his pro rata part of the bill. This reaching out by Dr. Poteet comes as NO surprise for those who actually no him.

Most who know Poteet are connected to the CDEX SCAM, his kind of people. The list is long and he worked hand in hand with all of them. Who was it that he paid the bill for? A press release by CDEX at the time refers to the return of those who took part in the arbitration.

Mp and Mp alone wrote EVERY check that was written for Cdex while he was in command. Dr. Poteet and the CFO had ZERO say and wrote ZERO checks.

Sounds like you have proof! Show us! A CFO that doesn't write checks? Dr. Poteet didn't profit from CDEX under MP? Until the money ran out Poteet and Philips were best friends, even on Sundays at church together.

Can anyone give the addresses of the "expensive homes that were built for the principle players" and the names of the Principle p[layers that built these expensive homes.

Sure, you can. Here let me jog your memory. 20221 MIDDLETOWN RD
Cornelius, NC 28031, There is a real big one in Vail ,AZ too. You have even mentioned in your past posts of the parties thrown. Claiming to have been a fly on the wall at CDEX for the past ten years, as you have and continue to do sure must be a burden, so many facts to forget or to ignore.

The terms to the 17 note holders were agreed upon by 14. It is NOT an accident that Mp and two of his buds wanted a different deal, a deal that they new Cdex could not pay. (So very obvious to everyone).

There you go again. What was the "different deal"? Why did CDEX wait until just prior to the note coming due to reach out to the note holders with the bad news that CDEX didn't have the money. Of course they never had the money because they blew it on themselves. It was Brumfield who made the deal with Poteet and the others in the arbitration to accept notes for their awards and to return to CDEX. And by the way, where is Poteet's name in the big 20 bankruptcy paper work? He received the lions share of the award from the arbitration, that is why he brought it as you say. He seems to have saved his share from the court. That worked out well, good planning on their part at CDEX prior to the BK.

The Lawyer was NOT hired before the BK, he was called and asked the questions of the "WHAT IF"S" and the "JUST IN CASE" questions, that any good CEO would do, when the very existence of the company was on the line. There are those who have twisted the facts, because their desire to see Cdex "FAIL" comes through the keyboard on a daily basis.

Billing paper work by Eric Sparks Esq. proves otherwise. Facts really can't be twisted, that's just a tried over used excuse. Show us one email, letter, or legal notice that Brumfield reached out to any of the note holders and told them that a bankruptcy was in the works. Show us the terms that the 14 found acceptable and the three rejected. Tell us a date that Brumfield began to reach out to the note holders prior to calling for bankruptcy "advice". Tell us why and when Dr. Terrel upfronted the retainer for Sparks. Tell us why the "Team" was listing and selling inventory on Ebay prior to the bankruptcy.

CDEX bait hasn't caught much in the last few years, just some bottom feeders. The new stink bait should really bring'em in now.
