Note that the PIPER is not on the list, either. So that makes PIPER and WADE either secured shareholders/creditors or known INONITs which are pro forma not included on that list.

MP is included because of the fiction that he is no longer a part of cdex.

As is always the case in history, there are those who know the facts, and those who don't. Some choose to lie and others just simple tell the truth.

My facts are backed up by SEC filings. All can SEE that in the filings. Just a simple fact.

Also, no one, and I do mean no one has produced even a guess as to the questions I asked concerning Mr. Brumfield, that if you knew him, would be so VERY easy to answer.

But, as every day goes by, NO ONE has the answers to the simple questions, and NO ONE can provide a filing that ties Mr. Brumfield to Loch or Cdex, UNTIL 2004, which is exactly what I have claimed from day one.

Why does anyone have to ask who Dr. Poteet paid the bill for. Surely that well known fact is known to all. The asking of who Dr. Poteet paid the bill for, shows the complete scam that some are typing on this board. Everyone knows who Dr. Poteet paid the bill for, and I have no doubt that you do as well.
