Dr. Poteet lead the arbitration bunch, and even paid at least one of their ways, because......... because at least claimed to have no money, but wanted to participate, so Dr. Poteet let him in, by paying his pro rata part of the bill. This reaching out by Dr. Poteet comes as NO surprise for those who actually no him.
Mp and Mp alone wrote EVERY check that was written for Cdex while he was in command. Dr. Poteet and the CFO had ZERO say and wrote ZERO checks.

The terms to the 17 note holders were agreed upon by 14. It is NOT an accident that Mp and two of his buds wanted a different deal, a deal that they new Cdex could not pay. (So very obvious to everyone).
