Propjoe,

I think many investors here share your frustration and concerns. At some level progress seems to be made but on the other hand the goal posts always seem to get dragged back further away from us.

Now consider, in less than a month, on June 4th Lightwave Logic will Present at the Annual SeeThruEquity.

We know this much about the current projects:

(1) Micro Electronics Customer [I believe that its E/O Data Interconnect for INTC]. At the very least LWLG should be now far enough along with the project to receive a milestone payment by end of this year if Phil Smith was correct on correct at the last CC.

(2) Boulder Non-Linear Systems / UC Alan Michelson project for Spatial Light Modulator (SLMs) has now commenced. High Speed Computing, Pattern Recognition.

(3) EM Photonics/Lumilant Inc. project for Ultra-High-Speed Modulator announced 3/12/2013 and said at the last CC that:

Phase I: within one month they will produce results of a working < 3 GB/S device modulator as proof of concept with data sheet. Tom said that this was essential before going onto Roadshows. This is what will be discussed at SeeThruEquity.

Phase II: Package it.

Phase III: 10 GB/S ready for Telecom/Datacom Commercialization.
Ultra-High Speed Modulation
Low Voltage / Good Power Handling / Low Loss
Superior Thermal & Chemical Stability
Cheap to Produce = Attractive Pricing to Market = Rapid Adoption
Ultimately build devices well over 100 GB/S.
LWLG thinks they can capture 50% of market.

(4) SBIR / STTR awards. Revenue and Path to Commercialization. One SBIR submitted. 2 STTR Submitted. Finalist for STTR submission possibly for entirely new product category.

(5) FiberLogix for Medical Sensing / Diagnostic Applications. Taken a backseat to paperwork?

(6) Celestech proposal submitted for govt. project taken a back seat to politics/budget cuts?

I expect to hear something regarding the project with EM Photonics at SeeThruEquity. A Proof of Concept (or data-sheet thereof) would be exhibited there if Tom Zelibor has been honest with us. To verify my claim listen to the CC again at about 1/3 of the way through and you will hear the statement. Tom discusses it again about half way through as part of the answer to the first question. Listen again. It will improve your morale.

To announce a Road Show type presentation within a couple of months of the CC seems to be going almost perfectly according to plan.

Trying to maintain my optimism which isn't always easy,
