[Dead On Arrival]

I have stated recently that I am convinced LWLG will be bought out in the coming year or next. After seeing the PR's recently, I am going to reserve judgment now. The LSS PR was very vanilla and we do not know the specifics. Yesterday we got news on a conference that is suspect to say the least. There are small cap companies with some promise but not much else. Be nice when we can present at a major institution.

EM Photonics news is still in the wait and see mode. I believe we are not being paid for our services by Intel or EM Photonics and that is strange. If this is on our dime, then we should be able to publish results. We hold the cards should be put to use. As a friend stated, maybe we just do not have anything yet.

I do know that the ASM will be the last straw for some here if they do not have a working modulator or some type of contract. This act is real old. They need to come clean with shareholders and tell us where they are. Marcelli and Tom are living off our dime and it is a good gig. What exactly does Marcelli and Cordevano do for the company. I suspect very little if anything. What does Turpin do? Is Miller even involved here or just some window dressing now until they have a product.

The time is now to address the future of Lightwave. Shareholders need to start contacting the BOD and management to express concern. I have.
