i see your point that being in a position to solve problems in existing tc devices should be sufficient to engage the market. the emergence of a simpler sales pitch in Europe shows faint glimmers of hope emerging on the demand side. evolution rather than revolution. shows why thinking on the demand side is valuable.
i can see that having a tc solution in each equipment category may help certain enterprises make bulk buying decisions, per barge/nw.
these two both look like models in which the enterprise takes control of the device.
i also see that having a tc solution in every device may persuade enterprises to allow all sorts of permissioned private equipment (the byod model) onto their networks.
byod sounds more like a consumer-side strategy to me. or rather, a mixed model. more bargian. more matrixy.
