that BMSN has not handed over those shares is because BMSN doen NOT want any more dilution right now?

Koos probably knows that they immediately cash them in and hurt the rebound coming on BMSN.

Not that it matters because it will not stop the run about to happen when a new PR hits but I am just curious.
