Just going from memory, but I believe the complaint stated that they allegedly never received the shares and still haven't. They are also claiming that BMSN is refusing to give them the shares now.

You can speculate up and down on this one, but it's most likely going to be settled by BMSN just giving them the shares that they are entitled to. Also, this will happen months or up to a year from now so it shouldn't affect BMSN currently.
