The agreements they have with BiLomedia, state that they make 50% of what BiLo makes. BiLo hasn't reported (via PLPE's public info), and neither has PLPE, since SEPT. 2012.
However, both BiLo & PLPE have employees!!
PLPE has '10', and BiLo ~5 employees.
Outside of the exec. staff they have atleast 10 employees who are getting PAID!
That's some evidence. IMO, they missed a good oppty. last year when GOOG was on a buying frenzy. Rumor has it that PLPE's major shareholders, didn't want to sell at the levels that GOOG was bidding.
