So you're implying they are operating but outside the past PLPE model, and now as Bi-Lo, but they do not want to not divulge what they're doing .... as a public co?

I understand they're not a full reporting co but the explanation seems a stretch - but I hope you are correct.

I'm long - I have no problem with your scenario other than I don't see any evidence
