Ok but at $6.64 AMRN is currently already valued at 1.3b. You need to use the diluted share count which is close to 200m shares. This is something most people miss. You can't use shares issued and outstanding. A buyer would have to take all diluted shares. $15 a share is $3b, nearly twice of the Reliant buyout. And apparently not an acceptable price (which is funny, but I guess true). $30 a share is $6b. Now, I would think even the staunches pumper wouldn't admit AMRN is worth $6b. IMO, $2.5b is fair for all involved. So yeah, $12.50 a share
