More tricky lingo, Diddy..."WAS CONTRACTED". MP used that one a lot. It is simply another forward looking statement. Non-specific. Did he publish the exact terms of the "Contract".. NO.

Just another example of MP speak.

I doubt that there was ever a shipment to start with.
