The PR announcing the shipment of 10 CCT units was released March 25. It states the following:

"CDEX was contracted to deliver the 10 ValiMed CCT units in the first quarter of 2013 and receive final payment balance of the order within thirty days of shipment."

The PR makes no mention of whether final payment was received nor the amount of final payment.
