I don't believe a word this scam company says either Crow. The devil is in the contract details I'm sure.

However, they do openly claim that the units were shipped:

"...the company completed and shipped the 10 unit order of its ValiMed(TM) CCT drug validation system to Al-Essa Medical & Scientific Equipment Company in Safat, Kuwait ahead of schedule. The shipment completes the sale secured in December of 2012."

According to pennstreet and johnreiner, the balance on the order was 200K and CDEx has been paid. Where they came up with that I have no idea.

Do I believe them? Not for a second.

The shipment went, and there is NO doubt about that.

Any doubt the 10 CCT's went can only be imagined in the pressing of keys.

Cdex Inc met their obligation and shipped them.
