Here is an interesting thing I found

Henry Jan's company HealthcareofToday tried to IPO in 2009

If you read on Robert Hipple only owned 0.5% of HealthcareofToday, Henry Jan owned 83.5%


Because HealthcareofToday owns a significant amt of shares in SK3 group, I believe Henry Jan is involved here in some capacity but I can't find a connection to Hipple besides the Iequity corp stuff, perahps he just incorporated it for Henry Jan and that was it(remember Hipple is a lawyer). Also to note Hipple is 68 years old in 2013, perhaps he retired lol
