Pharma219 thanks for the link - I also saw that Hipple wasn't even an insider of that company, he just provided consulting services.

Robert Hipple has provided services as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel since October 2008 through a consulting agreement between the Company and CF Consulting, LLC, by which he is employed. He serves in these functions on a consulting basis and is not an employee, officer or director of the Company.

This brings me back to my point on SKTO that just because he served as general counsel back in 2010, doesn't mean he ran the company back then or runs it now. The legal field is a revolving door - people work wherever they can get paid and move on.

IMHO Hipple has nothing to do with SKTO of 2013. If anyone can show me any documents to prove me theory wrong, then please do as I definitely would like to know.
