Regarding SKTO - they acquired Medical Greens, which was incorporated and maybe operated (I don't know if operations even began) by Hipple/Jan. According to public information, SKTO is the acquiring company, and the operations of SKTO are run by Artemus Mayor, President and Kevin Allyn, Chairman of the Board.

Nowhere does it say Hipple/Jan run SKTO or are involved in their org chart.
1.) I don't care about Hipple because iWorld from 2005 has NOTHING to do with SKTO of 2013.
2.) I still haven't seen any legal documents on Jan or any prosecutions or convictions for fraud. Just saw a bunch of conjectures and accusations from bloggers/posters, which if true, would have resulted in legal proceedings and judgments for the plaintiffs.
3.) SKTO acquired Medical Greens, and logically speaking, probably paid Hipple/Jan and terminated their employment.

This is a company with brand new management that I would hope is dedicated to running a legit company, which is why they became current with the Delaware SOS and will be filing 2 years of financials.

To me, SKTO's past associations with different people who were never involved in running the current company should not affect SKTO's future.
