Setting a dividend is never the subject of a shareholders' meeting. It is entirely the purvue of the BOD and would be announced in a PR. Annual meetings are usually to discuss general matters of interest to the shareholders - financial results; changes to the Articles or Bylaws that legally must be approved by the shareholders; election of the BOD. Of course the meeting can also be used to discuss what has occurred or what is pending or simply to show the flag and do a drive-by, as it were. None of this is bad, but unfortunately we just don't know the objective of this SHM. Hopefully management will give us an idea prior to the meeting. So far, to my knowledge the BOD has not indicated that they are going to be asking the SH to vote on any matters, so it really might be just a "good to meet you" occasion - but I don't believe so. I just hope they let us know the agenda, albeit general in nature.

Anyhow, do your DD; stay long and buy more NTEK as you're able.
