Well, I am guessing they are calling a shareholders' meeting because they are confident in what they have going on for them. If I was to call a SHM, I will make sure I give a reason for the shareholders to keep hanging onto their shares. In order to accomplish that, I would do two things.

1. Present a ultimate killer product that would blow their mind away; a product that will bring a lot of green without a doubt.
2. Announce a dividend pay policy. Limit the divident payouts to those that have been holding their shares for at least 45 days for example, keeping flippers from getting paid out.

That's what I would do.
