As much as I like NTEK now and do believe in the DD that have been accumulated, I think we pretty much know what the value is.
But the game with stocks, as we are aware, is not only the value of the company but the perceived value of the company. More so in pennies.
Although you are correct about shareholders meetings, the company can make announcements prior to the meeting through PR and discuss further in detail or clarify the direction of the company. This clarification is just as valuable as a PR or more so.
My concern is, how many people will sell out after the SHM and how many people will really hold tight or sell for profit and buy back in after the sell off.
