EWRL Business Description:

Green Energy Renewable Solutions, Inc. is a waste conversion company, publicly traded on the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCQB) under the symbol EWRL. The Company, headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, has recently secured the site for its first waste and recycling operation in Highland Park, Michigan and is developing further waste and energy related projects.

EWRL has developed a business strategy to bring a value added, solutions drive approach to the growing waste management problem in the US and abroad. The Company is securing long term control of waste streams that are currently adding to our growing landfill problem or are directed to other undesirable disposal options such as incinerators.

EWRL is applying advanced materials separation and recovery strategies to reduce landfill impact while growing revenue and profit opportunities.

EWRL plan enhances recovery of high value recyclable materials and employs waste conversion processes that create new income streams and savings by utilizing those waste components that are currently going to landfill. The strategic emphasis is on waste conversion tactics that create products with existing market demand including waste derived fuels and electricity.

Management believes that the developing recycling recovery and waste conversion industry offers potentially high return on investment and that the demand for the services offered by EWRL will continue to grow at an aggressive pace. The company is seeking out opportunities where there is a short window to revenues and positive cash-flow.

Highland Park:

EWRL has made a significant investment in the development of its start-up waste processing and recycling operation in Highland Park, Michigan and has the key elements already in place to deliver all of the aspects of its waste diversion business model. This isa scalable operation and one that can be replicated over and over again offering great opportunities as EWRL grows its business plan. The waste and recycling operations can achieve high levels of profitability with relatively low investment and where there is existing and growing demand for this form of landfill waste diversion program and the extension of this to waste to energy generation working with proven technologies that will create long-term high value assets.

The waste diversion and recycling operations consist of an intake and processing station at Highland Park located on a 15 acre site which accepts construction and demolition waste (C & D). The company will process incoming unsorted C&D for recovery of valuable recycle materials, including metal, cardboard, paper, concrete, asphalt shingles and plastics. The recycling process is projected to increase the value of the waste by a factor of more than 4 and EWRL has entered into long term contracts for the supply of C & D debris. Under the 20 year term of the agreement, up to 1000 tons of C&D will be delivered per day to the Company’s Highland Park facility and the Company is guaranteed a minimum “tipping” fee per ton.

Green Energy Renewable Solutions will be making a significant investment in the waste diversion operations at Highland Park including significant automation of the process. The future development of the operation will include the construction of a waste to energy power generation plant, fuelled by Refuse Derived Fuel (“RDF”) produced primarily from materials recovered and processed from the incoming C&D stream, again increasing the value of the waste material.

Municipal Waste Landfill Diversion Projects:

EWRL is developing municipal solid waste diversion projects in conjunction with landfill operators and municipal authorities. Typically the project is a phased development sometimes requiring the initial stabilization works to accept or increase the amount of municipal solid waste (MSW) under municipal contracts with tipping fee if the company becomes the operator of the landfill operation.

EWRL will then design and implement a landfill diversion program with a recycling/processing operation that will sort valuable recyclables from the MSW such as metals, plastics, cardboard and paper. These materials have ready markets and are sold for between $15 at the low end to over $150 per ton for metals and can make up approximately 50% of the MSW by volume considerably extending the operational life of the current landfill cells.

Further development of the diversion program will be the construction of a waste to energy (WTE) power plant at the landfill. The power plant will use an advanced clean energy technology process to create synfuel from a proven and operating gasification technology. The synfuel will be used to power a conversion engine plant to produce low cost, clean electricity from the waste material and eventually bring the landfill diversion to virtually 100%.
