Subsequent to December 31, 2012,
the company executed a 5/1 reverse split
following the approval of the majority of the shareholders holding over 71% of the shares eligible to vote supporting the Board’s decision for the reverse split.
The reverse split along with the change of name
to Green Energy Renewable Solutions, Inc.
was approved by FINRA on January 26, 2012.
