I had a minute to read up on the Helikite and thus STMPAS.

IMO, the pro of increased lift with aerodymanic forces is a con in that it makes this prodcut a "drone" in the eyes of all of the proposed restricted legislation.

BIB is still within the loophole for domestic use.
