Thanks for your research on Byron Ryals, I learned a lot from it. I know the lighting of the cross at Tablerock was important to a lot of folks in Boise, and was a huge success. I believe Byron will be successful with MDGC as he is a person of accomplishments as your post states, and well respected. I do not however agree with you assessment on the "spread the gospel" comment. I have met Val many times and never once was the Bible or religion discussed. It seems if this was his method of recruiting investors, that there would be much more on this subject. Maybe give Byron a little credit, with age comes wisdom, and he doesn't seem like the type that would do anything he didn't want to.
