#68140 RE: 7sRup #68139

I have met Val many times...

Have you also met Byron? If so, do you know more about what he did between being a missionary in Japan and staring RCE?

I am sincere in my impression of him, but perplexed as to why he would certify the annual report as it contains much misinformation and apparent financial fraud, particularly on the balance sheet where assets that were almost completely depreciated before the merger inexplicable became MASSIVELY inflated far beyond their original cost. It's my hope and belief he likely did not do much to verify the numbers and was unaware of the irregularities. However, he has to know that things are the office address are false. I hope that time does not change my impression.

I do not however agree with you assessment on the "spread the gospel" comment.

It wasn't an assessment. It was a statement regarding my own experience in a telephone conversation with Val Westergard. I have mentioned it on this forum multiple times.

I'm not sure how you can disagree with it unless you think I an lying. I never claimed that Val uses Gospel-speak with everyone he meets, just those with whom he thinks it will work. Just because he didn't use it with you, doesn't mean he never uses it. He already knew of my faith, so tried to use it with me. The discerning side of me called him out on it. Sadly, I have learned that when people try to appeal to my faith in matters of investing, they seem to be less trustworthy.

I was defrauded in a Christian affinity private placement scam several years ago and learned how important such discernment can be. I was one two of the 42 investors who weren't senior citizens. It was heartbreaking when we realized the truth. That's when I developed my passion for due diligence and fraud investigation

I suspect that Val can take on many personas in an attempt to gain the trust and confidence of others depending upon their own affinity. After two telephone conversations of about 1-hour each, it is my strong impression that he is very skilled in interpersonal persuasion. Unfortunately, that is a skill that makes a good con artist.

Looking forward to more of your positive posts, it's rather refreshing.

All of my posts are my honest opinion. Whether people see them as positive or negative depends upon their personal perspective. A lot of people believe that posting extensive and detailed due diligence information even if it doesn't support buying or holding a stock as a positive thing. There is an unbelievable amount of fraud in the world of penny stocks. I know I've helped some people avoid it.
