It's not clear to me what Lou meant when he said "we have a 18-24 month window to get designed in"

Did he mean 18-24 months is the time it will take to get the lightwave device ready for production? If that's the case then I believe they are really close to a contract if they don't already have one.

Is it possible he meant that Lightwave has 18-24 months to get their device ready and if they can't the LSS will use another technology to produce their 100 Gb/s modulators? I find this hard to believe but I can't shake it as a possibility.

Also, as a scientist I have no experience in valuation but it seems to me that the info is available to project the value of 50% of the 100 Gb/s modulator market in 2014 or 2015. Does anyone know what that market is expected to be?
