BC, since the PR announced a "letter of intent" to merge I would think that the final terms are yet to be decided. So your words: "Sounds pretty vague to me seeing no more terms have been revealed the wait will continue." ring empty. Therefore your own bashing is also vague.

Unless you are willing to ask Kelly for an actual copy of the "letter of intent", then you'll have nothing to bash about till the terms are released.
