My suspicion is that pre-merger corporate relationships are no longer relevant. It appears to me from this NEW line on the AP web site that the relationships are redefined along the lines of GTC-USA and GTC-UK (JMO):

Persistent Aerial Surveillance
(Certified Value-added Reseller of Lighter Than Air Systems Corp.)

This indicates to me that the product package now resides with LTASCorp, hence the need for all those revenue-sharing schemes. Unfortunately, I am the only one excited about the fact that we just got into the mast surveillance camera business. No FAA regulation for this under-marketed truly aerial surveillance platform. Nobody will remember that in my first few months here I was talking about "from the foxhole to the stratosphere" but this is a great step in that direction IMO.

In reality, what we really got is Kevin and Felicia who built this business with a great reputation but hit the wall that all mom and pop's hit IMO. Now their hard work can produce multiplied value through increased SP. Their real path to wealth is now to make WSGI immensely successful including any sales through AP and Southern. That is how it appears to me anyway. We also subverted the strongest US competitor in the tactical LTA field.

So I guess I am saying that it appears IMO ALL LTASC/AP/Southern revenues are part of our stream--subject to revenue sharing provisions. That is just my first take on what I see. I haven't talked to Glenn or Kevin since the acquisition.

We have now vertically integrated our subcontractor who produced our BiB Mark 2. The real income potential IMO is sale of those BiB platforms going forward with our own intrinsic manufacturing capacity. Additional already commercialized product lines do not hurt IMO. That is my initial take on things, anyway.
