yup, many companies self-impose quiet periods before earnings release time-frame, it is not requires by SEC rules

I have not seen where lightwave has declared they would abide by any sort of quiet period before earnings releases

in any case, we will get the 10k soon, and hopefully some substantial news coincident with it!
