im sorry reds but you are wrong. there is an sec mandated quiet period like you said around ipos & secondaries, but there are also company imposed quarterly quiet periods. its been that ways for decades. if lwlg says they are in a quiet period, they are.

oh well, they have been quiet period for the past 5 years so whats a few more days.
