I think somebody is just playing games with probably a million shares quer, read the last pr, it reads that MSX is trying to secure a LARGE financing, perhaps large enough to put such a great amount of pressure for other companies tied up in barrick's illegal dealings to answer questions, I am sure MSX has a plan, at least if the money allows to make the home run happen sooner then later, however, I also believe that it will take along time to get this dog barking, as you would put it.
I wonder if nothing is resolved by 2014 and Barrick still has full steam ahead on pascua, what will barrick be actually digging, it wont be the mina pascua deposit as MSX has already said JL has clean title and barrick says the same
something nasty is coming would be my guess as my crystal ball is a wee cloudy today but something bad I would think is coming for barrick and good things coming for MSX as the said land is the same that is in dispute, Barrick has never shown title, JL did and delivered the clean title to MSX lawyer so lets get on with it
