Not sure, maybe pre RS, something insider agreement or ....
I posted all my opinion before and don't know & can't guess anymore, RS should happen soon or maybe GETH want to announce RS and financing simultaneously Or with very short gap ?!
The matter is if they get financing GETH will be the leader in this industry based on what they are capable of doing,
Everyone can take profit even before or after RS, like I did, price went up from .005 to min .01! And so on...
