Because its restricted for one year! If it goes up to .004 Monday he or she can't sell. If it goes down to .0006 he can't sell either. It's always only worth what someone's willing to pay. He was willing to pay .0008 for a chance that he could make some or lose some. Pretty big investment to have to wait a year to find out if you ask me. But definitley shows confidence coming from somewhere.
