Rg, I do not think most of SH has a problem with a concept of ANI merger. I have a MAJOR problem with the merger terms. I know I sound like a broken record, but what's right is right.
Years of SH support for Biosante cant be just put in the dumpster.
At this point even Professor finally got it what I am saying for months. MERGER TERMS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR BPAX SH.
What Mgmt is trying to do they are rounding us up, putting the gun to our heads and say our way or ....... you get my drift.
As Spunky and some others pointed out,3rd RS will kill most BPAX SH chances to ever recover their investments. I should care less for them with avarage of $1.55 I have a chance.
However, what Simes is trying to do is WRONG!!!!!!
