MIKP OS was 2b last i checked.

re: merging into SBRH -- before the MIKP suspension, Mark was finally seeing MIKP shine a bit, rising to 002x with strong bid support.

if FINRA reinstates, he'd gain much more milking MIKP after a WS sale PR with only 2b OS, instead of 5b merged OS.
he can pump some other pipedream into SBRH later.

if FINRA doesn't reinstate, then he may try to merge in SBRH, but FINRA might not approve.
seems more likely he could sell assets to an entity he doesn't already own.
