Nats ....good questions. I wasn't at the AGM due to distance, cost and low pps...but I believe they sanctioned the The Company Web Site...

Most sites have Management photos and a write up on the competencies and history of each member of the Board from the President down ...

What a nice gesture of all those MSXforJustice folks to pitch in and get that up and running and the company doesn't work with it ...as mentioned before I sent a querry to the info email link and never got a reply ...not sure who is responsible for the site now that its under Managements control ...maybe its like a lot of things with this Company, we'll just have to file it under "UNKOWN"
