So how is the new BoD getting along?... new strategy? new roles and functions? better communication? Oh yea, what are their competencies / skills? Do they have experience in running a company? What are their responsibilities? Have they ever run a public corporation? What 'depth' do they bring to the company and shareholders?
At the shareholder meeting, they never stood up and introduced themselves to the shareholders, shared their backgrounds... or shared what competencies, experiences and what 'value' they bring to your organization.... seemed strange ...very strange - never seen something like that.... are they functional, or just 'yes-men' to El Presidente and JL (who is really running the company?) ...?????
