There's no opinion involved. A "Q" is a an official SEC document. BCAP has never filed a "Q" and never will file a "Q." What fat Matt files, when he files, is a simple OTC disclosure document which means absolutely nothing to anythone in the real world.

Right now, he cannot even file that. i suspect he/BCAP are under investigation by the SE, DOJ or DTCC ... or all of them. Expect to see the "CE Skull & Crossbones" symbol soon ... maybe a Global Lock ... maybe an SEC suspension.
