I really could care less about opinions as to what one thinks a Q is....I'll stick with facts! No?

Let's review how this works, shall we?

There are 4 quarters in a year..... Each quarter is 3 months long. 3(months) x 4(quarters)= 12 months = 1 year.

Now with that math out of the way......there are 3 quarterly reports(Q's) and 1 yearly report......this covers a total of 12 months or 1 year.
